Gifts of Christmas: Gift No. 19 ~ Change
My gift to you is: Change
From Luke 1:16 - And he [John the Baptist] will turn many of the sons of Israel back to the Lord their God.
I know the thoughts of your heart, my child. I know the condition of your spirit. I know everything about you. I know what you long for. If you want change in your life, then you must change deep in your heart for all the issues of life begin from the heart. Do you seek change? This year, I am giving you the gift of change, the power to change things in your life that you have not been able to change until now. Sometimes I give a miracle change. I can create a change in you in a single moment that would have taken years to naturally occur. Begin with believing and that will release the change.
Under your covenant of grace, you can come before me, as you are, with all of your flaws and shortcomings and see your answer come to you. That is the seed of belief. Knowing that you have been granted your answer, not based on any merit at all from you, but totally, and only, by my grace and my love for you. If it takes time, it is because I have chosen the time in which you are to receive and that time is for a purpose. During that time discover my purpose for the delay, and do not doubt that you have received. Worry, fear, and doubt resist the work I need to do in you to open the way for the answer. Don’t be distracted by the time and process between your asking and your receiving. Only come to me and believe that change is possible and then begin to walk it out and it will be yours. It is yours. I love you so much. I will give you so much, even in the here and now. You can change! And you will.
